These actions—registration, deposit, wagering, withdrawal—are governed by the terms we've set out below. We reserve the right to close your account

When you withdraw, we return funds only to the payment method you used for your original deposit. If you first deposited via mobile banking through your local payment account, your withdrawal goes back to online payment. If you used e-wallet, your withdrawal returns to mobile banking. This matching rule prevents unauthorized transfers and protects your account. Withdrawals are processed during business hours. We verify your request against your account and the deposit method, then authorize the outgoing transfer. Your bank or e-wallet provider handles the final credit to your personal account.

Bonuses, cashback, and promotional terms

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. If you've already claimed a bonus, the terms applied at the time of claim remain in effect for that bonus. We also reserve the right to deny bonus eligibility to any account if we detect unusual patterns—for example, immediately depositing and requesting withdrawal without wagering, or using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses.

Note: Bonuses are not guaranteed. We evaluate every bonus claim for legitimacy before crediting. If a bonus claim appears to violate our terms, we may cancel it without refund.

Our ldbplay account security and player responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. We use encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. Limitation of liability and data protection

We collect personal data—name, date of birth, phone number, email, ID photo—to verify your identity and process deposits and withdrawals. We do not sell your data to third parties. We share it only with payment providers and regulatory authorities as required by law. We retain your data as long as your account exists, plus a period thereafter as required by law. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. You can request deletion of your data by closing your account; we will delete or anonymize it within 30 days of closure.

We are not liable for losses resulting from account compromise due to player negligence, interruptions in service due to technical issues beyond our control, or losses from bets themselves.
