We do not store payment secrets

You have the right to access your data. Log into your ldbplay account and view your profile, deposit history, and withdrawal history anytime. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate information—if your email address is wrong, contact support and we'll update it. You have the right to request deletion of your data by closing your account; we will begin the deletion process within 30 days, though some data (transaction records, KYC documents) may be retained longer as required by law.
